Balvenie

Balvenie is a speyside single malt Scotch distillery in Dufftown, Scotland, owned by William Grant & sons. The first distillery took place on 1 May 1893. Balvenie produces whiskies in a traditional way. The use of locally grown barley is preferred and it is floor-malted. It is one of the only seven distilleries with its own malting floor
